Van Loon Group is an enterprising family business and consists of six passionate, innovative and forward-thinking producers of meat products and meat substitutes: Van Loon Meat, Meat Friends, Brandenburg Culinary, ENKCO, Best Star Meat and Verhey Meat.
In 1971, Jos van Loon, father of Erik and Roland, became an independent meat supplier serving local restaurants in and around Eindhoven. A smart decision, as the company grew steadily and its clientele grew along with them. In 1987, Erik joined the family business, followed by brother Roland in 1993. This provided a solid foundation for the current Van Loon Group family business.

Van Loon Group strives to be a learning organization. A company at which employees can develop and be prepared for their tasks. For this reason, we started the Van Loon Campus already in 2014.
Quality and safety are crucial at our company. It is, therefore, important that employees have ample product knowledge and also know exactly how our machines work. Courses and training at the Van Loon Campus are specifically aimed at this. Our employees must be able to work safely and pleasantly. We want them to feel responsible for their own work and feel free to introduce innovations and improvements. The Van Loon Campus also provides employees with a variety of training courses and training programs allowing them to develop within Van Loon Group.
