The Dutch ACM (Authority for Consumers and Markets) has approved the merger between Van Rooi and Van Loon Group – pending approval from two European competition authorities.

In January, Van Rooi and Van Loon Group announced their intention to join forces to achieve sustainable growth. Following an extensive investigation, ACM has approved the merger of Van Rooi and Van Loon Group.
We are now awaiting the decision of the competition authorities in Belgium and Cyprus before the proposed transaction can be finalised.
